The majority of GRUBIT's protein source comes from egg white protein. This provides a high biological value protein that is quickly digested by the body and easily accessible to muscles.

We don't rely on just one protein source in our formulation.
To maintain the light and balanced texture of the bar, we use protein-enriched pea crisps instead of ordinary rice crisps. This keeps the structure light and boosts the protein content.
